Disrupter with the clay cartridge WD-12.7 is used for safe destruction of diversion devices, suspicious objects of unknown content and all types of locks on steel and wooden doors.The high-pressure jet of dispersed clay particles from the tube of disrupter is used as destruction device. The detonating of the blasting cap of the cartridge is performed electrically by detonator EDK-700. The disrupter WD-12.7 is composed of collapsible mount and a tube for cartridge.

The collapsed disrupter should be kept in a linen transport bag.

Description

The disrupter WD-12.7 consists of collapsible mount, which serves as a tube carrier of the cartridge. The mount consists of two collapsible floor legs and two height adjustable legs. Using the joint lines on the adjustable legs the tube of the disrupter can be set precisely and fixed according to the subject of destruction. The adjustable and floor legs of the base are made of aluminum, and other parts of steel. AI parts of the mount are on the surface protected against the corrosion and dulled to reduce the light reflection. The tube of the disrupter WD-12.7 is made of steel and protected on the surface. On the front part of the tube there is a break for the black powder gasses. The cartridge NWD-I 2.7 is inserted into the barrel from the backside and closed by a cap. 37.5 cm³ of clay is inserted into the front side of the barrel. The prepared barrel is fixed on the adjustable mount and is ready to be electrically fired. The mine cable with connectors and the detonator EDK-700 are used for detonating the cartridge. The 100 m long mine cable and machine EDK-700 are the main components of the mine and disarm blasting set.

All parts of the disrupter should be carefully cleaned after use.

The disrupter WD-12.7 is collapsible. When clasped the disrupter should be kept in the transport bag.
