Business Develpoment Manager:
Position Overview:
Antenna Systems & Solutions, Inc. is a rapidly growing international firm that is currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced individual for the company's Business Development Department. This position will have the primary responsibility for identifying new leads, building relationships with new and existing clientele and industry professionals, establishing a strong market presence, assisting in market analysis and acting as a client interface.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities for this position will include development of new business opportunities through analysis and interaction with clients, potential clients, and ANTENNA SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS, INC. personnel; participate in negotiating business deals and facilitating proposals; executing a corporate business development plan in collaboration with business units; coordinate and conduct regular business development activities such as client meetings and attend industry conferences. The position will also assist with providing guidance to project managers and other key technical staff on client and account relationships promoting revenue growth.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. In addition, the candidate should have the ability to manage priorities with little oversight, manage deadlines readily, possess superior planning and execution skills, and work effectively in a multi-disciplinary environment. This position is highly visible and requires working with colleagues, consultants, and clients in an effective and professional manner.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Engineering, or a technical field is required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or project management role preferably in a multi-disciplinary technical environment or in the energy field.
Travel: This position's minimum travel requirement is 50%.
Location: This position will be located in Schaumburg, Illinois. Relocation expenses will not be paid by the company.
Compensation: Base Salary + No Cap Commission.

Machinist:
Position Overview:
Antenna Systems & Solutions, Inc. is a rapidly growing international firm that is currently seeking a dynamic, driven, and experienced individual for the company's custom manufacturing department. This position will have the primary responsibility of operating and maintaining Bridgeport, Mori Seiki and MAZAK machines.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities for this position will include machine setup for limited production runs, programming CNC machines, marking metal, making precision measurements along with precision fabrication pieces..
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The candidate must show working knowledge on Bridgeports and MAZAK machines and have the ability to quickly read and interpret blueprints. Ability to use micrometer, caliper, dial indicator and other inspection equipment is necessary. .
Requirements:
Education: Minimum of a High School Degree or GED. Apprenticeship program graduate.
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience .
Location: This position will be located in Schaumburg, Illinois. Relocation expenses will not be paid by the company.
