Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily operational support to NIM IT
Administer all Linux servers (mainly RHEL), including creation of shell scripts to cover system admin tasks
Management of Open Source packages, including Apache and PostgreSQL
Work with other NIM IT - UNIX team members to support all QA, Staging and production environments
Perform routine database administration (backups, archiving)
Manage the deployment, configuration, monitoring, maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT systems,
including servers, network and telecom equipment, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
Recommend upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment
Review, evaluate, recommend and develop objectives, policies and procedures to ensure that systems are
meeting the needs of business functions.
Perform LAN administration, including working with switches. Document and maintain system and network
information, including software inventory.
Providing first level technical support for our staff
Provide solutions for systems related problems
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues
Recommend ways to improve these applications
Responsible for operational support of multiple trading environments

Qualities:

2+ years experience with Linux, FreeBSD, and other UNIX
1+ years experience with MS Windows XP and Window Server 2003 operating systems preferred
Experience with UNIX services (DNS, NFS, Samba, SSH, etc)
Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking
Experience with SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol)
Experience with Load Balancing Principles, Perl, C++.
Web/HTML experience, including Apache preferred
Experience working within a datacenter environment
Firewall and router experience a plus.
Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively handle concurrent projects.
Good written and oral communication skills
UNIX or Cisco certifications a plus
Ability to learn fast in a fast-paced environment
Ability to safely move and/or carry 40 lbs

RF Design Engineer

We are seeking an RF Design Engineer with proficiency in Solid-State RF power amplifier design. This includes hands-on design and product development, as well as modeling and simulation with design tools and software to achieve the product design goals.

Project management including development documentation, BOMs, specifications, manufacturability, performance and reliability testing, and quality criteria is required. The ability to establish and meet incremental and long-term goals is required.

Skills:

BSEE with a minimum of 5-years experience.
In-depth knowledge of RF theory and design principles.
Strong knowledge of analog and digital signal processing principals.
Strong knowledge of RF measurements and associated test equipment.
Specific design experience in the 10 MHz to 6 GHz frequency range.
PCB Layout Experience required.
Knowledge of ORCAD or AutoCad required.
Preference for Amateur Radio Licensee's and Veterans.
Excellent command of English (speaking, reading and writing) is mandatory.
Awareness of ISO9001 standards and requirements.
Must be organized, detailed and accountable for assigned responsibilities.
Excellent computer skills and ability to work in fast-paced team environment.
Must have own transportation.

Tower Installation Sales Manager

Primary Responsibilities:

One maintains the ability to work under their own supervision and create their own timetable for the completion and delivery of their workload.
Excellent verbal communication, listening, feedback, delegation, teamwork & multi-tasking skills
Builds and maintains customer relationships.
Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, record keeping, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc. required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Perform sales presentations and demonstrations
Receive, respond to and manage customer inquiries by email and phone
Service existing accounts and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule.
Develop and maintain price quotes, proposals and sales incentives
Prepare quotations using the company’s quoting tool
Follow-up on quotes and track their status
Successfully negotiate profitable pricing to secure orders in accordance with pricing guidelines.
Ideally from a Construction / Engineering background
