We are seeking an RF Design Engineer with proficiency in Solid-State RF power amplifier design. This includes hands-on design and product development, as well as modeling and simulation with design tools and software to achieve the product design goals.

Project management including development documentation, BOMs, specifications, manufacturability, performance and reliability testing, and quality criteria is required. The ability to establish and meet incremental and long-term goals is required.

Skills:
-BSEE with a minimum of 5-years experience.
-In-depth knowledge of RF theory and design principles.
-Strong knowledge of analog and digital signal processing principals.
-Strong knowledge of RF measurements and associated test equipment.
-Specific design experience in the 10 MHz to 6 GHz frequency range.
-PCB Layout Experience required.
-Knowledge of ORCAD or AutoCad required.
-Preference for Amateur Radio Licensee's and Veterans.
-Excellent command of English (speaking, reading and writing) is mandatory.
-Awareness of ISO9001 standards and requirements.
-Must be organized, detailed and accountable for assigned responsibilities.
-Excellent computer skills and ability to work in fast-paced team environment.
-Must have own transportation.
